Soy-based Ink
Further cut your brand’s carbon footprint by using 100% eco-friendly soy-based paint. This paint is made of soybean oil and pigment, making it harmless, food-safe, and totally biodegradable.
Soy-based ink is best for food, baby & maternity products. You can put them on cake boxes, snack boxes… any carton that contains food or products for sensitive groups.
The color brought by soy-based ink is as vivid as other paints, no worries.
Recycled Paper Material
Over 20% of our materials are recycled paper, so every piece you purchase says “Yes” to a better future. We aim to cut down the percentage of non-recycled materials year by year, and we are closing to our goal – at least 50% by 2026.
Recycled paper works just as well as new paper. By mixing, soaking, and beating, the paper turns into pulp and, very soon will be as good as new and made into pretty carton packaging. Paper used by multi-time can also be turned into pressed box inserts.
Bio degradable
A combination of non-coated paper, and water-based or plant-based paint can easily make your product 100% biodegradable. This is what we’ve been recommending to our clients. The folding carton will easily dissolved when buried in natural land.
Biodegradable materials work as well as traditional options. We also recommend kraft paper to lessen the use of ink and color.
Emission
We produce, we clean up, we do all the dirty work. All of our waste is processed and compressed into solid cubes. We do NOT allow the waste to sip into the natural water system before being purified. The sold cube will be delivered for burying and dissolve in natural cause.
